Nah it's not humid here.. well I don't think it is anyway.
No I think wet & damp are different. Wet is when it's clearly wet from some sort of liquid. Damp is what it's like from the aftermath.. so I might say "My shirt is damp!" but I doubt I'd replace damp with wet for that.
 
It's hardly ever humid here in the UK. It's really bad this year, I don't think we've had one consecutive month of stable weather.

Army Insurance



Airman Jones was assigned to the induction center, where he advised new recruits about their government benefits, especially their GI insurance.


It wasn't long before Captain Smith noticed that Airman Jones was having a staggeringly high success-rate, selling insurance to nearly 100% of the recruits he advised.


Rather than ask about this, the Captain stood in the back of the room and listened to Jones' sales pitch.


Jones explained the basics of GI Insurance to the new recruits, and then said, "If you have GI Insurance and go into battle and are killed, the government has to pay $200,000 to your beneficiaries. If you don't have GI insurance, and you go into battle and get killed, the government only has to pay a maximum of $6000."


"Now," he concluded, "which group do you think they are going to send into battle first?"
 
Hm. It's nice and warm now, but it's supposto rain the next four days :(

Dammit. I left the Oreo package open and now they're all stale :'(
 
June brought some lovely weather to us, this July has just been atrocious.. it doesn't feel like summer.. more like late autumn/early winter >:

And the weather has just been abysmal, no other word for it.

Well hopefully it'll improve soon enough Unbreakable.. it would be nice seeming as it's SUMMER

It's been kinda cold here lately. Well, not cold, but cool for summer. D: Under 20 C for the last few days. It's July! At least let it get up to 22 or so. ;;
