Plus my gay friends are a hoot anyway so i don't mind!!
I'm not prejudice like some of my friends ^_^
I'ma gonna try it out anyway. They have 'Buzz Big Quiz' On thursdays :D

I am always careful with money, my mum was just got made redundant and every job I have tried to get I have been rejected from. So right now money is tight and I am glad I saved up 3k when I had a job.

I don't have a job at all, so I have very limited money in my wallet.

The only time I take money out of my wallet is to count the cash, let my parents borrow some money, and to buy candy or something.

Well, no dear xD; I'd hardly do that. You're not going to spend it all on booze and partying and unnecessary trips like most of my friends.
 
I'm quite good with money at the moment, I think carefully before I spend it. It'll be a key characteristic when I'm older.

That sucks. :( Did you get it unfrozen and everything?

I'm in the midst of bank woes too. 8| My debit card was skimmed the other week and they drained my account over a few days with ATM withdrawals. It caused my first rent cheque & deposit to bounce and aaaah, so stressful.

Wow. Now on to the topic of personal finance.

Well now my parents are pressuring me to get a summer job. But I know it would be futile since they will suck up all the money I earn to pay for the bills.

Plus I already made commitments to summer school and an after summer-school Pre-Med fellowship for my summer. And I still want to be able to post here. XD

And I managed to whisk away around $50 in cash from my christmas money. I'm planning to save up for HGSS and Golden Sun DS. And maybe even a DS Lite. ^_^

Edit: Oh and they want me to start the path to getting my Drivers License. XP

My parents want me to get a summer job as well. I might do it, but I kind of want to enjoy one last summer before college starts :/
