I can get grants and scholarships too. Actually, if I do what I want I can get a grant regardless of how smart or rich I am. I am pretty smart..I hope.
 
I may have a chance of receiving an Excellence scholarship when I go to university in just over a year's time. I'm on track for three or four A grades at A2 level, and I am currently at a county level in athletics. If I can step up to the national competition next year then I may have a real chance of a huge scholarship fund. =0
 
I am not talented enough for sports, unlike you Tribulations.. But I can get a few scholarships and grants. I would be able to get more if Ohio scholarships considered the LGBT community a minority.

LGBT?

Anyways I'm only a freshman in high school and am currently training and working out so I could make the soccer team. After that I just have to try my best and hopefully get a scholorship by senior year.

I should be able to get a scholarship in Accounting. Maybe Physics. Depends on how well I do. I don't know which one I like better yet.
 
Not to act as a recruiter, but you join the Army and get your college paid for. That's what I did despite getting offered a scholarship for football. :P
 
Just throwing this out there, the majority of youth in America do not fully support (understatement) their government. So they wont join an Army. I would rather sell my soul to be honest. Just throwing that out there as a reason for me not wanting to, I don't know about others. I don't even know if they live in America and blah. o.o;

I am so patriotic! :D

So you would sell your soul to not join a year of training?

That's outrageous!
 
The majority of youth in America are ignorant to how the Government works, so they obviously can't support them.

That and the enlistment rate for the military is at a high right now, so you're wrong in the aspect that they won't join.

The majority leaves room for the minority. I know how it works. I don't like the government purely because of the choices it has made throughout the past two decades.

The majority of people joining now aren't my generation.
