Nope, they still aren't. However, people are pressuring Obama to change that along with many other gay rights issues.I thought they were after what happened last year.

I don't mind being in the U.S. Army, Marines, or Air Force. But all I know that I don't want guys that are gay around or near me.
EDIT: I must say that Ctep is a gay guy... just saying that he must be.
