I don't believe for a second that any of the trainers from Pokemon are actually ten. Years must be longer in the Pokemon world, or something.

Barry's voice isn't done by a 10 year old & of course that's obvious but what cha gonna do? :P

The only show I can think of that actually had children do voices was Avatar. And it worked surprisingly well.
