*tut tut* lacking of sleep is not good.
 
Everyone on here sleeps at absurd times.. I see brits from PC with their last activity at 3am XD;
These holidays I usually go like this:
Sleep starts between 10:30pm-11:30pm and ends between 9am-10am :)
 
9.5 hours of sleep. Sounds fantastic to me. I'm usually running on 7. However the times do not. Wake yourself up earlier so you're more likely to be able to sleep earlier.

I always wake up at 9:00am, but I'm way too tired and end up falling back asleep unconciously.

And I tried that before several times.
Didn't work. :X
 
That's the sort of sleeping routine I'd hope to keep out of.. they muck your brain up with sleeping >.<

The only reason I went to bed early is because I didn't sleep the night before. Oh well, I still have the rest of the weekend to fix my sleeping pattern. >:

Tonight: Sleeping pills at 8 PM, going to bed at 9/10, waking up at 6. Hopefully.
 
Maybe but the odds suggest you'll wake up very early in the morning.. like 4am?

Did you try an hour earlier? Missing sleep causes REM sessions to occur more frequently, and therefore you are harder to wake up during one. These usually last about 2-3 hours apiece, so you just have to find a time when one of these isn't occurring to wake up.
