FF4>FF2(which coincidentally, was FF2 due to Square being OCD about leaving holes in the series.)
Seriously, they kill almost every 4th character you get.
But FFVI>FFIV.
just saying.

And Kefka is the best.

Who was in 5 again? I've really only played three FF games, lol.

Butz(Bartz), Lenna, Faris, and Galuf/Krile. The story was absolutely cliche, but they mastered the job system.

Final Fantasy tactics was pretty good as a spin off, I really liked it.

Which ones have you played?

I have Dissidia. Personally I don't understand the draw of it and I don't like fighting games much.

The win in it is just too much, especially since the sketch bug was fixed.
At least play tactics, the music is amazing. The boss music just fits so well.

Hopefully it won't be as big a piece of crap as Street Fighter 4 was.
It looks pretty good though, but overhyping games is what Square does best.

The only RPGs I've ever bothered playing so far are BioWare products, which are far superior to anything Square Enix can crap out, even factoring in the massive drop in quality after the first Knights of the Old Republic game.

Since the first two Fallout games and Fallout Tactics have been reissued, I'm interested in picking those up to see what they're all about.

I thought you said you had a Mac? But Spaces is an app that comes with it and makes you able to have "different screens" so you can have 4 windows or applications up at a time and easily switch over to them.. Look it up its really handy

I've been playing through Fallout 3 recently. Good game.

Fable's also a good RPG series.

I must say, I'm a huge fan of the FF series.
Simply the best RPGs i'd say.
