Pshaw, those must be some pretty rotten tomatoes if they are such a pale purple.
And tomatoes don't explode like that, they just do a small splat.
Trust me.

And look, when one of the guys are carrying it, it doesn't even have the green stem.
Not even the shape of a tomato.

They're too small to be balloons and they don't have the thing at the bottom you blow into. Therefore, not balloons. And a Tomato stem can be taken off? XD;

They do have a hole. It is just tied into a knot to keep the contents from spilling out, seen at the bottom.

I've seen smaller balloons. Besides, they don't have to be abnormally large to look like balloons, if you put liquids in it, they can take a round form without having to lug it around.
