well the draco hasnt retired they just are not very active also the world clan war is not going to happen
for 3 reasons:
1.the nintai clan exist no more most of the members are in RRC now
2.the dracos are our allies and they really dont have that much members
3.TDA and RRC are teaming up to go to war with another clan from another site...
