Hitmonlee- I'm not much of a fan of Hitmonlee; and neither have I used him much. I just checked its moveset which seems to be decent enough. As for the design, it is pretty unique so I'm fine with it. :)

I love Hitmonlee. It's my favourite hitmon, and has always been.
His design is just epic, I definetly prefer it over Hitmonchan.
it's movepool, on the other hand isn't that good, as it would definetly use better moved.

Thanks Dragonite :D. Toxicroak- I haven't really used him much but he looks kind odd. He learns good moves IMO and has decent stats
 
ah Toxicroak I love its design a poison dart frog I believe very unique in my opinion.Its typing is very unique too though it further weaken it too psychic attacks though Sucker Punch remedies that well enough.Which brings me to its movepool the ability to hit with a STAB Poison Jab makes it very useful on most teams. All in all Toxicroak is one of my favorite Sinnoh and Fighting types.
 
TOXICROAK! i love toxicroak :) its design is just soo cool and its poison/fighting type combo is just awesome! its got alot of good moves that poison and cause damage suc h as sludge bomb and poison jab :) its deffo one of my faves :L
 
I've never actually used Toxicroak...
I like it's design, and it's stats, aswell as movepool is great, so i'll give it a try someday... ;)

New pokemon:
Primeape
 
I love Primeape I use nearly every time I play through FireRed. It's a great edition to most all teams. Though I find its movepool a bit shallow. Its Design is a bit basic too but it works gives it a classic fighting pokemon look. Oh I nearly forgot Anger Point just a perfect ability for Primeape fits it behavior to a tee. So all in all Primeape = Great
 
Primape has a total OWNage moveset: Thrash, Cross Chop, Close Combat; and coupled with a high Attack, I think is a devastating Pokemon. But overall I don't think that Primape is one of the best fighting type Pokemon because of poor stats in other fields, defense and speed primarily.
The design is classic though; I'd agree with Gaeruvagen.

I think its pretty awesome and its simplicity enhances the fact that it gets angry IMO. He has great attack and an awesome moveset as Regeneration said.

Sparring partner: Heracross may have lots of weaknesses but to me he is plain awesome.

Favorite fighting type move: Dynamic punch (1 because it could paralyze the enemy)

Sorry for not being active, i've had serious problem with internet... :(

Anyway, i'll add mzmingle, and Totodile12345! Totodile, I'm sorry but Heracross is already taken...
BUT, I'll be making a clean through sonn, to erase all the inactive members (don't vorry, i know who they are...), so everyone will be able to pick a new partner if they wish to.

At topic:
Primeape was my first fighting pokemon ever, so there's a great deal of nostalgia, but he was never one of my fav pokemon...
Sadly, it's design isn't all that apealing to me, but you can get it really early in-game, and it's movepool is OK, so...

Don't worry, you are one of the most active members here, and yes you are allowed to disscuss gen V Pokemon, as long as they are Fighting typed...

Gallade
 
what free fighting type pokemon are there?
 
Gallade is one of the best fighting pokemon available for so many reasons which I shall list now:
1.He has a monstrous attack stat
2.His Typing prevents super effective psychic attacks
3.He is part of one of my favorite pokemon's evolution line.
4.His Design is epic
5.His move pool allows him to get Super Effective hits on nearly all types
6.His method of Evolution is cool
7.Did I mention his design is epic?
8.He is one of the most useful Fighting types yet

well there you go
 
Gallade is one of my three favourite Pokemon! It's design is pretty unique and eye-catching. It's moveset is plain amazing as well: Leaf Blade, Night Slash, Psycho cut, Close combat.. and Swords Dance, coupled with it's already high Attack, Gallade is one devastating Pokemon.
Gallade would definitely make a great asset to any team.

On to the topic: Gallade.. I haven't used him much in the games, but with that moveset and type I may try him on the games.

At this point, free partners are:
Mankey, Machop, Hitmonlee, Tyrogue, Makuhita, Hariyama, Medititate, Monferno, Croagunk, Toxicroak.
But I recomend you wait for a day or two, when I'll be "cleaning the member list" cause then there will be more free pokemon to choose from.

BTW, Everyone will get the chance to switch partner if they want to. :D
