1) By contributing a lot to the Alliance (helping others, increasing the shop's prizes by donationg some) or by battling others and improving your skills.

I would say: Start by replacing Dragonite's Dragon Rush with Dragon Claw (loss of power compensated by accuracy), but first, always do da Dance... Dragon Dance.

And in Rampardos' case (if that one's mine), try a Rock Polish, THEN sweep away with SE. If you somehow get a free turn, you could also Swords Dance, Rp and Sweep!
