pretty much. kinda like how feebas is a ripoff of magikarp: a useless fish that turns into an awexome... thing
 
i know!! most of the 3rd generation pokes are rip offs of the origanal 1st generation.

I totally do!! i wanna see at least one evil dragonite in the show, but i dont know why XD

What would you do if you saw a Dragonite?
I would walk over to it and befriend it......then cause it to do my bidding mwahahahaha XD

i would capture it by throwing one of those fake pokeballs at it and then use it to fly me to school
