My vote changes,

Altaria = dragon: 9.5/10
Altaria = bird: 10/10

1. its in the dragon egg group....

REASONS IT AINT A FRIGGIN DRAGON
1.It looks nothing like one
2.its trying to be giratina with those phail stats
3. it sucks
4. its slow
5. even dragon dance dont help it...
6.Hitmonlee/chan/top's stone edge kills it
7. its the nly UU dragon
8. as ive stated many times, it only has three sorta good stats,hp and its sp. def,and def
9.it only learns 5 dragon moves​
