How do I figure out my PBR friend code?

No idea about Wii Code
For PBR Code, go into Wi-Fi, go into Friend Codes, and the screen is much like D/P Pal Pad.

I just 'trained' a Scizor the other day. I will most likely release them or maybe trade 1 for another EV'd Pokemon in a Trade Shop or something.
 
For your wii code:

Go to Wii menu.

Go onto the Mail section

Click on adress book or something.

It will say something like:

Your console number

or

This Console number.

Its that.
 
Kool. I'll put that up once my sis gets off the Wii.

Also, I know you can put the Wii on Stand By with the Wii Remote, but can you actually turn it of? It always just goes orange not red (the light)
