Wailord's low def and speed makes it weak... unless you add quick claw with water spout(and Self-destruct). Vaporeon can learn Acid Armor and Wish, makes it formidable, plus it's water-absorb. Lanturn can learn a variety of stat-problem moves, plus STAB Thunder.

Wailoser sucks krill. Lanturn lures prey like anglers on a hook. And why use hidden power? Earthquake's much, much better.

Wailord's absurdly high HP balances it's abysmally low def, and it's the same old story. Low speed makes it a loser sweeper. If I'd ever use Wailord, i'll use it as a distraction or a time-bomb. Lanturn still wins the day.

El Mexicano Ludicolo pawns any belugas anyday. >.>
 
Gwain, who taught you how to battle? duh Wailords no sweeper. its a tank(to an extent). Study up and then tell me im wrong.

Wailord is clasified as a phail.
 
I know, that's why I call it a "loser sweeper", like Zangoose or Altaria. Wailord's no tank to me, Swampert and Tyranitar are the real tanks. Big Def and Attack. Wailord? Big body and moderate attacks, and little protection. It's the aqua time--bomb who eats krill.
