Catch a Magikarp and evolve it; it's been like that for years. And dude, you need to stop using so many exclamation points and learn some basic grammar, as both are very annoying.

All you have to do is highlight Phantom's text, and.. voila, you can read it perfectly! Oh, for Kingdra, try Rain Dance, Dragon Pulse, Ice Beam, and Surf. I don't personally raise a Kingdra, but I do believe that's a good moveset. Anyone else?

P.S. I'll take the Milotic if no one else does.
