I woke up from all the commotion but didn't bother investigating. I mounted Hoshi and playfully tickled her neck. What sounded like a sleepy chuckle came from her. She opened her purple eyes and gazed at me for a moment. "Can we go home now?" I asked her. Hoshi jumped into the air and began flying towards home. Soon we were high above our yard...

I finally woke up a while later, and for once, I knew i had been asleep longer than 5 minutes. miracles never cease? i yawned slightly, trying to move away from shadow, but failed. The heat from him had relaxed my muscles to a point where i couldn't move..

I sat up, reasting aginst him still, trying to wake up, but the heat from him was still making me tired. But i was slowly waking up fully, it was just taking longer than usual.

ooc: not really... i'm about to attack myself though XD

ic: "Koruni, I swear, if you do anything stupid..." Saphira said, shifting around on his back. Koruni hadnt stopped growling since he saw the cloud of dust. "Ko, lets go."

Once again, Koruni ignored what Saphira said. "My god, you so stubborn!" Saphira shouted, throwing her hands in the air. Koruni stopped growling. He twisted his neck around, so he could see eye to eye with her. Saphira sighed. "But I still love you." She added, hugging his head.

Koruni stretched his wings to their full extent. He flapped a few times, and took off. Saphira sighed, this time glad her had listened to her. They glided over the people below them. Koruni started growling again, but he didnt attack.

POW Saphira heard a sharp cracking noise. An instant latter, Koruni lifted his head, and roared in agony. He began to fall out of the sky, departly trying to stay up. Tears streamed down Saphira's cheeks as they spiraled donward. They had acctualy shot Koruni...

Already, I was getting a sinking feeling in my stomach, and it wasn't just becasue i hadn't eaten in so long. somebody or something was in major trouble, but I didn't know where...

Koruni landed heavily, almost crushing Saphira again. She jumped off him, and ran around to his side. Another gun shot sounded in the distance, Saphira ducked. It skimmed over her head and just missed Koruni.

I hate him....
