does any one have flygon?? if not can i use a dragon pokemon from my hack pokemon time seal?? if some one hosts it??

so i used dragon claw, and my opponent used...
 
for my next move my aerodactyl (alverge is rdy) my aerodactyl will use fly :bandit:

Vibrava!! Use Crunch!!*vibrava flys up at Aerodactyl with its mouth open ready to crunch his wing*
 
my aerodactyl predicted this simple move and used fly avioding it and *hoping* to hit it all too soon... my aerodactly knew this would bevery strong against this ground type, and even strogner b/c it was a flying type after all... it prepared a msot powerful fly, stronger than any of us had witnessed so far...
unless im wrong im jsut assuming it missed since my pokemon used fly... but still its up 2 the ref...

Can I take A Shiny Milotic I know Its Not a OFFICAL Dragon but there isnt much more if not I'll take the Shiny Shellgon...
