Drifloon is adorable. But both of them are awesome. And they're coloured purple, which is one of my favourite colours.

Well, even if it can learn Fly, I wouldn't teach it to it. Fly is a bad move for battles, so I just have an HM slave that knows Fly and Strength ( I think Skarmory ). I wouldn't want to waste Drifblim's flexible moveset :3

It's not my opinion that it should learn Fly, it's a fact. Like Flavaquil said, it's Drifloon that can't learn Fly, and lots of first stage Flying types can't.

Phew... that's a hard one. Wonderguard Drifloon/Drifblim thanks~ it wouldn't be so great but helps prevent some things from happening.
