The Duo-Species Challenge II

Well, shucks. Here's my entry.

Yesterday and today I managed to get two more Gym Badges in this challenge. I went throu Chargestone Cave, then went and found Sklya at the Celestial Tower so that she would go back to her Gym. I swept her easily by setting up 2 Tail Glows on Phil that I Baton Passed to Claire who swept Skyla's entire team with 3 thunderbolts. After that I made my way through Twist Mountain to Iccirus City where I took on and defeated Brycen. I saved outside of Dragonspiral Tower. My team right now:

UPDATE NO.6

-Travelled through Routes 24/25 and was forced to face one of my fears
NB: The fear I am referring to is the Pokemon Wigglytuff. Anyone who has played PMD: Explorers of Darkness, Time and Sky should know why.

Update for Ultimate Duo Challenge.

Update #2 on SoulSilver.
  • After an hour or so of Voltorb Flip, I had enough for both the Ice Beam and Swords Dance TMs.
  • Went to Mahogony Town and then to Lake of Rage, where I defeated Gyarados.
  • Talked to Lance, and we infiltrated the Rocket Hideout.
  • No one was hard to beat there, and we cleaned out the place pretty quick.
  • Challenged the gym and beat Pryce easily with Spike's Rollout.
  • Team Rocket was causing more trouble, this time in the Radio Tower.
  • Saved the Director in the Basement, then defeated Archer to break up Team Rocket once and for all.
  • Made my way to Blackthorn City, where I took on the gym.
  • Clair was defeated mostly by Spike, although Rain was the one who beat Kingdra.
  • After taking a pop quiz in the Dragon's Den, I got the badge.
  • After Elm called me again, I defeated all the Kimono dancers.
  • Quickly found Lugia in the Whirl Islands and defeated it.
  • After a little EV training, I made my way up to and through Victory Road, defeating Silver easily.
  • Time for the Elite Four:
  • Will and Koga were soloed easily by Rain.
  • Bruno and Karen were soloed by Spike.
  • Then it was time for Lance. Here's a video and play-by-play of the fight:

Today I defeated Team Plasma at Dragonspiral Tower and at the Relic Tower. Then I continued on my journey to go and get the final Gym Badge. I defeated Bianca on my way to Opelucid City, and after getting there I defeated Drayden and earned the Legend Badge. After that, I saved on Route 10, one of the final Routes before the Elite Four! EDIT: I just finished! Since my last update I finished Route 10, went through the Badge Checkpoint, then completed Victory Road. I did all of the endgame events after defeating the Elite 4, first defeating N then defeating Ghestis. After the credits I began grinding the team to level 100 for the Elite 4 and Champion. After what seemed like forever of grinding, I finally challenged the Elite 4 again and then defeated Alder, becoming Champion of the Unova Region! The final team:

Update for Ultimate Duo Challenge.

Final Update (#3) on SoulSilver.
  • Traveled to Kanto on the S.S. Aqua.
  • Gym leaders fell right and left as I trained my duo on every trainer I could find.
  • Even Blue wasn't that hard to defeat.
  • Finally I was able to acces Mt. Silver, and I got both Spike and Rain to L92.
  • Then it was time to fight Red on top of Mt. Silver. Here's a video and play-by-play of the fight:

Oh wow, its been a looong time since ive updated. Ive finished the game, so that's a LOT to write, so im not going to do it!

lol i dont know how to insert the image of my Swampert and Flygon in the Hall of Champions.

Swampert: Earthquake, Iron Tail, Dynamic Punch, Muddy Water
Flygon: Fly, Dragon Claw, Crunch, Faint Attack
Both are lvl 69
No other Pokemon were in my party at the time. Does this count. If you can tell me how to upload the image, I can show you proof
