Nope, =( But it can do Solar Beam which is close enough.

Yeah, I don't think Munchlax can use Hyper Beam. So it can use Solarbeam. Anyway, here's another picture of Snorlax:

Technically it should be able to though... Munchlax in essence is the same as Snorlax. But I suppose Solar Beam is good enough for it.
