Hm.. well I don't exactly use it in my team, but I'd guess it would be taking that I remove one of my special sweepers. It has pretty good speed and Special Attack IIRC and has a decent movepool.

It is good for me in Battle Frontier team. I beat Battle Luck (whatever! xD) with that.

Yes, because it has good special attack and speed. But I have to evolve my Electrike first in Emerald.

Okay and I think Electrike are located at Swarm in Valley Windworks.

Okay!! One day they'll tell me it's swarming Electrikes.. hopefully~ all I've found there is Mareep swarms!

Yes, I check Electrike's location in Serebii.net. I think you need to wait for the girl to tell where is the swarm Electrikes.

Yeah I know, Rene. Soft-resetting doesn't seem to work on her for changing Pokemon... I guess it'll be lucky if I get Electrike. -wants a Manectric right now-

She's in your rival's house. Your rival's little sister~

But um... swarms only appear after you get the National Dex.
 
Oh so there is still no chance for me to get Electrike. I miss pal Park ;--;
