Yeah, that's absolutely right. An thank you for reminding me of my diet regime which I have neglected for 4 weeks due to a multitude of Birthday celebrations (most of my family and friends birthdays are in Feb) and I've gained 2 kg!
Oh well, it's not too hard to go back down for me.
Here's the question I put out to all you choco-fans
Do you consume/are planning to consume any relatively healthy chocolate based meals/snacks?
If so what?
As for me, Yes
I always make my healthy chocolate snacks at home because I can regulate the sugar (if any) and taste to my desires.
Of course when I feel my body can handle normal chocolate without disturbing the food chart balance, I perfer that.
Comparatively Healthy chocolate meals/snacks that I eat have eaten:
Sugarfree Chocolate Pudding: Regular
Chocolate Jelly: Rarely, because it's almost always out of stock!
Chocolate Wantons (semisweet chocolate): Can only eat at a friends house. Learning how to make them.
