Nothing's wrong with white chocolate though... But the "black" one... black? When you belgiums ^^ say black chocolate, do you mean like, 80 %? That's almost un-edible for me..... I can however enjoy some 70%, if I don't eat large amounts of it ^^
 
With black we usually mean the 'normal' black chocolate. When the ammount of cacao increases we call it 'noir de noir'. I don't like it that much, but I know quite some people who do.

In America, people perfer to call black chocolate dark chocolate

I hate the bitterness of it, but it's better than nothing I suppose

Yes, we also call it dark chocolate. Our "normal" chocolate, or most common on candy/sweets/godis/snoep/whatever is referred to as "milk chocolate". Isn't yours?
 
*shakes head* Nope. Every chocolate that is not white or black or darker than black is milk chocolate over here. xD

Yes darker than black. It's "noir de noir", "zwarter dan zwart", more than 70% cacao. I once saw a bar with 92% cacao. =O
 
Bah, my mom eats 80% chocolate for breakfast x)
No seriously, she has had that some times... O.o But enough about my mom.

But 92?? doesn't it fall apart because it nearly only consists of cacao? (or is it called cocoa in ENglish? :/ )
