The EXP Share Debate

I prefer the older one, simply because it made the game less tedious. I hate to grind. The new one just makes the game super easy. However the new one is great for training very low level pokemon. I don't despise it.

Honestly I just turn it off but I don't get the hate for the new one to be honest. If they want more of a challenge then just turn it off like I did!

I prefer the new way as I generally have a favourite who I prefer to battle with and it means I don't have to keep switching between Pokemon. Plus it means you can give other items to your Pokemon to hold instead.

I prefer the new one. As many have mentioned before me, it has a on-off switch so I would think that those who like a challenge would switch it off.

I am the kind of player who would prefer to face gym leaders at least 10 levels higher and hit level 100 before I even attempt the elite 4 (LOL), so I am definitely grateful for the cut in grind. Plus I usually get close if not actually achieving the 'catch 'em all' thing, so not having to grind too much through Pokemon I did not use to complete the Pokedex is a godsend.

I think the fix is obvious and I have no idea why they haven't done it; both. Give us an item called the Exp.Share that works exactly how it always use to, giving experience to the Pokemon holding it. Then give us another item called the Exp.All, which would give experience to all your Pokemon. That way we can control which method we want; problem solved.

Personally, I like the idea of Exp.All but I often miss Exp.Share.
