Just challenge someone who is online to a battle that is a gym leader

Well......
I dont own the gym or neither am i in it but what you do is ,you battle a gym leader on the list if you win you get the badge and a certain prize , ect.
If you want their position you battle them 3 times in a row and if you win all 3 you get the position but if you lose the 3rd,2nd or 1st you have to start again.
