I VMed Goketsu so maybe we can battle tomorrow.

Yessir; you fight the winner of those two.

Whoops. Juno, disregard what I said about facing World King after Umbreon if you win, you'll be facing Wolflare.

ok today im getting my battle done, ill be sure to edit this post with results...

EDIT:my opponent Jas_66 used hacked pokemon in our match

his gyrados took a stone edge and remained in green health and his infernape survived a surf from my starmie in yellow health therefore i win.

No, i NEVER D/C

you can ask anybody, when i lose i take it like a man.

I just refuse to fight hacked infernapes that survive surfs. And i know that it was hacked

Jas, Gyrados' don't stay in green health after a stone edge from anything, unless you're running like, 252 HP / 252 Defense and an Impish nature or something (which no one runs), and Infernapes don't survive surfs from anything at less than half health, let alone a Starmie. So, basically I need you to confirm what Graceful is saying. I put my trust and Graceful and know that he wouldn't lie about this or D/C because he was losing.

aura my infernape was a full HP wen surf hit me...
starmie didn't use stone edge.

EDIT: i would like a rematch ill use differnt pokemon if u want...
but the gracefull asassin doesn't want to battle.

I know Starmie can't learn stone edge, but Graceful said your Infernape was in yellow health when it got hit by surf. I don't know who used stone edge on Gyra...

He said it was in yellow, and you say it was at full HP. Either way, it can't take a surf from Starmie. So...we have conflicting stories here =/

Infernape was at full health and survived the surf in yellow HP which is impossible....

not to mention my scizor used swords dance then bullet punch and you were still in green hp

TGA does have a reputation as a good battler around here, and he never DCs. Not even after all the defeats I've given him xD

Wait, wha? Dos in green after Stone Edge?!?! Ape on Yellow after Surf?!?!?! Dammit! Had I not lost my DS, I could've checked those Pokés very well. And

Jas, the standard min HP / min Sp defense infernape is always OHKO'd by Starmie, I just ran a calc. So even if he was at full health, he can't survive. So I don't know what to tell you...You say that it was at full health, but that honestly doesn't make a difference. I'd feel much better if you could send me it's stats so I can check them.

Infernape survived a Starmie's Surf? Something is wrong there... even with a +SpD nature, 252 EVs in HP and SpD, I find it hard to believe.

And about Gyarados, I'd like to know its Nature and EV spread. Gyarados can be amazingly bulky when trained right, even when dealing with super effective hits. If the Stone Edge wasn't STABed (and depending on the attacker), it's all too possible to survive in decent standing, but surviving in Green is pushing it bit.

However, the deal with Infernape is well enough to suspect in general.

Mm, in this case we'll have to go with Graceful on this, sorry Jas. You need to check out your Pokémon and start from scratch on some teams. It's really easy to get caught using Pokémon that are CLEARLY hacked around here, as most trainers know when they see it.

So with this, Graceful will move on to the Quarter-Finals, I apologize Jas_66 but we don't allow rematches when someone is caught with hacked Pokémon. Everyone knows Infernapes cannot survive a STAB Surf from a Starmie no matter what EV spreads they're running. (Unless the Starmie is like, Adamant or something..and I think Graceful is smart enough to not use something like that XD)

You'll still receive consolation and prizes for getting this far though, Jas, considering we have no proof of you using hacks in the Round 1. Sorry about this, but you're free to enter the next ESO after this one is finished and try again.

I second Richard on that one...

Wait, wha? Richard?! Hey, Rich! :D W.K. says hi to you! *offers cookie*

Well, if Graceful is running max SP attack and timid nature, it does like 118% to infernape. Therefore it's pretty much impossible for it to survive.

Jas, we're not ganging up on your or anything, but you have to know how this sounds. Like I said, if you want to send me your infernape's stats I can try to draw a clearer conclusion.

well in this case it was swampert vs. Gyrados so you have intimidate plus my Swampert is more of a bulky water than an offensive type. So i knew Stone edge wasnt going to OHKO but i thought it survived with a little too much health. Plus it was shiny

Also a tad sketchy.

Alright, yeah, for a final decision Jas can show Aura the Pokémon's stats via trade, and if it turns out something is amiss or Jas doesn't want to show them, Graceful moves on.

But for now, those other first round matches getting done would be nice. XD
