^That my friend is just selfish. Rotom forms are still a hacks as of today and d/p are not obsolete. Thats enough reason to not want to have to face them on wifi. Especially when one can't tell which pokemon he is facing and to add insult to injury the poke is hacked into being. ._. I have a flashcart so i have no such problem seeing the Rotoms or getting them but i still feel for people who don't. you should try to understand their disadvantage.

Ugh, I didn't know about the Rotom Forme problems with people still playing with Diamond and Pearl. I guess we can't really allow them in those situations, but if two battlers agree on allowing them, that's their choice really, as long as it's decided on before the match begins.

Or the user could kindly ask what cart their opponent is using, in that case the user will be ensured their opponents are able to see the forms or not

That still puts battlers without flashkarts/ar/cheating device at a disadvantage since they cant have the rotom forme of their own to use in battling

True, I'm sure Aura knew that people with regular carts/without modifying devices are not be able to use the forme's of their own, yet he still said they were allowed. The only problem is people with d/p carts. That's why I said if you were to use Rotom forme just be sure your opponent isn't using a d/p cart.
 
I suppose if both battlers agree then its okay like Aura said, but then isnt it obvious that your opponent is using rotom formes if he asks if their allowed?

I guess that puts you at a disadvantage, most likely causing you not to use it. I'll say allow them, but only if you know your opponent is using a hg/ss/pt version, you're revealing one pokemon just so you can use it, doesn't your opponent get an upper hand coz of this? Yeah Like I said it's most probably gona lead you not to use it ;]

Well, in the later rounds we can just tell Aura if we want to allow Rotom forms in our battles and he can add it to the first post. It shouldn't be a lot of trouble for just 10 or less people.
 
Well i got my first battle done in the eso at last, against rosaglasses for 1 bp.
i am also looking to donate, makes life easier
