The finale...

    This is the story behind the first pic...
    A long and periless battle was all there was to Cy's final moments. He knew, deep in his circuts, that this was the end...he was going to lose to Mewtwo......and it was all with the aid of Human Deoxys...Battle scarred, right hand, left ear, right eye and tail torn and ripped. A hole punctured his abdomen where H.D punched him...jeans torn up.....this was the final stand...he was to give his all...
    When the next two parts are complete...the tale will come to a rest...about the cybernetic pokemon who wished for revenge...and it came back to him...


    The second one I did randomly...it's me, yuuka, The Hunk, and Forest Grovyle dressed for Halloween...and Yame~TD is floating into space because his astronaut costume is a little too realistic...

    :3 i just suggest you clean up the first one a bit (because there are a few black speckles in places)
    and in the second one, cybex mewtwo's tail isnt fully coloured..
    also, try to put some variation into the grass (like different shandes of green)
    and maybe even a few stars in the background of the second picture to make it more interesting :3

    other than that, great job!!

    ooo...nit-picky are we? Well, I efuse to retaliate or complain because I respect opinions. First, blame Adobe Photoshop for the black spots...didn't notice them at first...and the...tail wasn't fully colored...? My GOD! I missed a spot! Guess I should fix it...but I don't feel like fixing it yet...guess the mistake'll stay...for now...I never would have noticed that had it not been for you.

    oh, and for those dots..
    you can just colour over them with the same colour that they're lying on top of (but you probably already knew that)
    ._. and a simple cleanup means alot in a peice of work.
    it can make it look much better and more professional than before :3

    it shows that you are a true artist thats not afraid to take constructive criticism :3

    I wuv fan-fictionart...You have many of these ^^Great as usual!..Do you have a website or sth that I can find all of them together?It's not the easiest thing to search all the forum..^^;;
    I like the second pic too,especially the Blaziken!!LOL at the astronaut :D
    BTW,what -program- do you use for these?
     
    That would be my luck, floating into space because of my costume. Then again, how do I know you didn't throw me? XD

    Amazing work on both pics. I can't wait to see how the story turns out.

    Gah, now I need to get back to my art. Maybe after work I'm think of something. Hopefully...
     
    Geez! Your comments made me laugh a lot! So, in respect for Raydrogiga, I might redo my art gallery thread and have every single picture drawn show up there. And Raydrogiga, I do have a website where a few of my pictures are...need to update it...it should be under my username dropdown menu.

    Oh! and the finale comes to an end...

    Cy was defeated...he lost it all.......his metal shell...his wife (that would be yuuka in a few days)...his life...........some of the friends he had made sat up on a hill...saddened by the events that transpired...his wife was too depressed to come...and his sister was not able to show...and she never caught word that her brother was dead...his memories were flung to the wind...forever to be known as the strongest pokemon ever to exist...
    Finale pt 2

    The second pic...

    A year passed since Cy was defeated, and his battles echoed throughout the land. Giovanni heard of this and orered his body to be found. Two scientists, Dr. Hio and his partner, only known as T, recovered his body and upgraded him...with blueprints in hand, a new cy was to be created...and thus a new chapter starts for the reborn cybernetic pokemon.
    (warning, the picture may look incomplete, but that is how it is supposed to look. The only things needed to be colored was the two people and back ground. Everything else is supposed to be black and white.)

    And one other thing, I didn't throw you Yame, your suit I stole from Nasa, and the rockets on the back misfired...

    i really like how you detailed the grass in the pt 2 finale :3
    it gives a bit more definition to the picture :3
    the cloud looks a little flat and could use some work ._.
    you should also add a few more clouds in there for depth!
    :3 cool effects with the smudge tool!
    it shows alot of movement!

    @@ the only thing i suggest for this picture, is that you clean up around the lines because there are some white spaces in there.

    wellwellwell...kura returns...........well anyays...with the second pic, I would use my usual tools, but they would have made the picture worse that it already is. So this would explain the white ish lines.
     
    :3 well here's a trick for lineart if you're using layers.
    if you draw your lines, then set the layer to mulitply and set it so it's on top.
    then get a second layer (keep it normal) and set it below the first, you can then colour underneith the art without disturbing the lineart :3

    if you dont have that capability, you should just try to fill in all those white spaces by hand (instead of flood-filling or using a select tool)

    :3 try it out and see if you prefer the layered way of doing things.

    technically, I don't like to color my pics. I do it anyways so it doesn't look dull.
     
    try pracising with some shading, @@ then the pictures might look as dull :3
    i saw your other picture that you made with the blur-effects!
    great job with it!
    :3 there's an example of where colouring is good!
    @@ try not to overuse the filter.. and experiment with other things :3
    look on www.deviantart.com for some colouring tutorials for the program you use!
    it should be of some help.
