The only one I can think of is the time I fell back when I was about 70 pounds heavier. I flopped on the ground like a fish, and even teetered a bit.
My cousins and one of my friends was there and they could not stop laughing.
I was a bit embarrassed at first, but now I get a good laugh out of it.
Nothing like a fat guy rolling around in despair.

Well i had once a moment, when we left school, and i tripped over an stone which could be easily seen... It was quite hilarious though..

When I had a 30 pound backpack on me as I was running on the stairs praying I'd get to the bus on time after I stayed up all night playing Metroid Prime, tripped and twisted my ankle in the process but I still made it to school that day. Had to go to the hospital later that day though but oh well.

The funniest moment of my life was very much an in-joke between friends, so describing it would lose most of its impact. Its effect, on the other hand, resulted in a solid 20 minutes of laughing from about eight of us, and culminated in people laughing at other people's laughter, creating a circular spiral of supreme comedy. Multiple tears emerged from all of our eyes and it has become such a touchstone in my friendship group.
But... describing it would be kinda useless, unfortunately.

The funniest moment in my life would be when I tripped over the foot of my crush's friend. It may sound like a simple accident, but where I tripped would be hilarious.
See, he was near a lake with his friends. Me, building up courage, decided to make my way toward him. My friends were behind my back, cheering me on silently. Then I tripped. Splash. I fell into the water. Ouch. Sob. Good thing I was in the water so that no one could see I was crying. I tried to act cool and at the same time, girly, so that it wouldn't be obvious that I was totally humiliated. I pulled the dude who tripped me in the water, and with great courage, I pulled my crush in, too.
Then we just swam there and talked. It was my twenty-third happiest moment of my life. And my funniest moment, too.

Ummm...
One of the funniest would be this amazing prank me and my mates pulled on my flatmate in second year accommodation.
He had gone out for a date with a new lady friend and he is a charmer, so we knew he would bring her back when they had finished. So we decided to change his room slightly.
We wrapped his whole room in cling film, bed, desk and so on. Printed off and stuck up pictures of random girls from our Facebook and put them on his walls. We then cling filmed up one of our mates and put him on the floor and with pretend blood over him.
The aim we were going for was one creepy scene out of American Psycho really. When they got back and turned the light on, she was stunned so much it was painfully funny. At first, he didn't know what to say and tried explaining before he gave up when he saw all of us on the floor laughing. She realised it was us that did it but was still worried that he was some rapist killer.
You had to be there. Yes we did have too much time on our hands.
