I love everything about the snake one except the tail, it looks waaay too fat. The head looks awesome though.

it's okay but reminds me too much of build-a-bear workshop stuffed animals. I think this is an example of fan art gone slightly bad.

if the grass starter didn't have legs then it would be as fast as an anaconda, but all the starters have legs so I think that is why they gave it to Tsutajaa (or whatever it's name is)..I want to know what its final evo looks like.For some reason I just keep thinking arbok.

well if the body is designed correctly the legs should be able to tuck into the tail so it can move like a normal snake, while at the same time be able to use its legs to climb, exc.

I love the new Starters, we have to get use to them. Well I do. I want the Grass one. So far I've always picked Chimchar. But Now I am picking Grass, I also picked Chikortia in Soul Silver though. :P I love this ivky Snake guy. The girl and guy are both awsome. :D

Gee, I thought the pig would be the most awkward of the starters, but it actually seems to be the most decent in my opinion. There's something...Off about the grass starter's head in proportion to it's neck, as if it's tail is the only thing keeping it from falling over, and the otter's general shape along with eyes share an uncanny resemblance to Piplup, to the point where it's stubby arms almost resemble wings.

Well, I know what my starter will be!

Well we talk about it being in Chugoku/Shikoku regions of Japan and the region itself being called Isshu (or however you spell it). I think we'll see a larger version of valley windworks because of that link you provided yesterday said something about one of the prefectures being big with solar. We'll probably also see a desert, the typical mountains, and a lot more waterways than there were in Sinnoh. Oh..can't forget maybe some historical sites as well. If they do have any in black and white I think it should always stay in autumn in that precise area. That's b/c I loved the trees and the dropping leaves around the burnt tower in HG/SS.

I think Mijumaru is the cutest (though that's just me). It looks like it is gonna cry doesn't it? But still cute, and I'm sure its evos will be awesome too.

I think Tsutaja is kinda awkward..Idk why but I'll get use to it eventually.

I really like the starters for this gen. I'm also thrilled that the trainers are older this time around. It makes me feel better about playing Pokemon. They look around my age! :D

Also, I hate Nintendo for making me suffer like this again. I just got over HGSS fever, and now we're treated to these screens and I have BW? fever. :(

lol, i like the sass in of the grass starter in that picture! it looks so sassy opposed to the other docile or mild looking starters... except for treeko as it looked sassy too... but treeko was also lonely looking...

treecko outsashes any other starter. the competion starts when b&w come out though. sass-off!
