Heres a question.
Can Venusaur do the Hyper beam attack? 'cos i never seen him do it

Of course Venusaur can do Hyper Beam... It would fire from its mouth, rather than the flower... and it would be yellow instead of bluish white...

i hav also evoled Vine whip version 2

Razor Leaf; definitely - Bulbasaur's most powerful attack in my opinion which is so awesome XD.
