I've always wondered if you put your ds in with a 3ds will you have the original fc from the file or the 3ds one?
Added your new FC code and my friend roster is full. ;0

I switched from my brother's DS lite to my DS(original) and I got a new FC so probably
 
If I recall correctly, each save + friend code stays in the DS/3DS he/she uses. If the person switches DSs, then you have a new friend code. Which means many of us will have to edit our pal pads and add Magmaruby's new FC. :P
