Throughout the series, Ash had recieved/found a GS ball...Which was impossible to open. Maybe such a strong power had sealed it so powerfully? What Pokemon do you think could of lied inside it? O_o

I think that it might'nt of even been a Pokemon in there, maybe a device more powerful than a masterball?

It was a plot for Celebi but movie 4 and bad planning ultimately screwed them into never mentioning it again and never planning to bring it back. Nothing more nothing less.

This question has been asked many times on this forum. It anwser goes like this:

The original plan was that Celebi was in the GS Ball. Then the writers/directory/whoever decided to use it in a movie. Because of this, the writers were stuck with the GS Ball. They decided to get rid of it by having Ash give the GS Ball to Kurt and hoped that everyone would forget about it.
It's obviously a bad choice made by the writers, because clearly you haven't forgotten about the GS Ball. And like I said the, question "What is inside the GS Ball?" has been asked many times over, meaning that there are more people out there who remembered about the GS Ball.
The writers should have made an alternate plot to create a satisfying conclusion to the GS Ball. Ash carried that thing with him for over 52+ episodes and left it at Kurt's place just to be never heard from again. I went like WTF?! when I first watched that episode.

If I were Ash, I would of kept for a while and see If I could discover anything...

I am sure with his curiosity he would have, but he is too loyal to Professor Oak. When the creators just left it at Kurt's house, they probably should have figured we wouldn't forget and always ponder what exactly "could have been" If the anime does go back to Johto, I wonder if the GS ball would take back into play? I doubt it but that would be pretty cool.

Yeah, it was just a waste, because they were like 'OMG!' when they found it and now the episodes have nothing to do with it! -_-

Pretty much the posts up above. It sucks they scrapped it,though.

I wonder if the GS stood for anything.
I wonder if it even said 'GS'.
I wonder if it said CS instead.
I wonder if it was Gee Five (Generation Five?)
