I have a Ho-Oh EV trained in Speed, Atk, and Sp. Atk, a sweeper moveset for it too, (Earthquake, Thunder, Sky Attack, and Sacred Fire). I also have a sweeper Luxray EV trained in Speed, and Sp. Atk. It knows Charge Beam, Thunder, Discharge, and Thunderbolt. Oh, and I can give a Shiny UT Floatsal.
