I wonder, when they named her Cissy, did they have any idea that Cissy was short for Cecilia? She doesn't look like a Cecilia at all.
I wonder what Atsumi means in Japanese. I cant find my Japanese dictionary to see if there's a translation (I can never find my dict when I really need it)

When you first saw the episode with Cissy, did seeing a pretty girl without Brock there make you feel a little bad?
It sure did to me, I was like "Man if only Brock could see her." I wonder what pickup line he would use.
"Hey, Cissy, let's ride the waves on your Blastoise together."
That's the only one I can come up with.

Good point there. That didn't cross my mind before but now that you mention it Brock did miss out badly. If only they met Prof. Ivy AFTER Ash's gym match with Cissy. I wonder if Tracy would still have joined up with Ash and Misty if Brock was still with them when they met him.

Brock would probably fall for Cissy like he does any other girl. In fact, his "love level" for her would have been pretty high.

Yeah it would. Seeing as he stayed in the Orange Islands, there is a chance he saw her. She is a gym leader, so he must have at least heard of her.
