That's cause I saw you say that you wanted to start and though you said that because you had your badges, my mistake. Valen may allow you to keep that win after you beat Rabid if he wants. I may assign a temp to Ditto's gym for now however as he hasn't been on in a bit and I may have to fire him as he never mentioned anything and never closed his gym.

And gamer, hax item clause is almost like an unofficial standard clause, it is used in just about every battle; I'd nearly reckon that smogon just haven't gotten around to adding it to the list yet. Though I have to ask, unless you are challenging why do you care???

I plan on challenging, but i gots to get meh team ready first. I was planning on using a team that used brightpowder on one poke so i have to change that.

I can honestly say I'm not a fan of some of the rules in here. :/

I could understand the person being able to dictate whether you battle on Shoddy or Wi-Fi, but something like tier. Imo as long as you both have Pokemon in that tier, you can just battle with them.

Long story short, I didn't get to battle because I forgot the "Special" rules.
