Hello, welcome to the world of Naruto. You are an Academy student willing to be the next Hokage, or a successful Jounin. You go to the Hidden Leaf Village Ninja Academy.

Show off your Advanced Bloodline, you're sharingan, you're shuriken throwing abilities, You're ninjutsu, whatever! You can do whatever you want.

Here, you will go on what's called a 'Rank E' Mission, basic jutsu practice, picking apples, oranges, opening jars of pickles, it's pretty easy.

This is pretty much a gathering for the main RP coming up. This one won't last very long, and very soon the Genin part of this will come.

Description- Bright orange spikey hair,chocolate colored eyes. A scarlet shirt, a black armband on his right hand. Black knee length shorts, a pair of black sandals.
Personality- Shy in front of new people, loud in front of familiar people.
Special Skill- Taiyoo Advanced Bloodline, He has what's called Taiyoogan. His eyes turn bright as if its like the sun, and Natsu reads the person's mind, it is useful for dodging a jutsu.
Weapon of choice- Kunai
Rank- Academy Student.
Other- Jutsus are mainly fire-based. Dreams to be the next Hokage.

Natsu's Jutsus'-

Taiyoo Ken No Jutsu- [Sun Sword]
Absorbing power from the sun, Natsu makes a sword with solar energy and throws it towards the opponent.

Atsui Ude No Jutsu- [Hot Arm]
Focusing his chakra in his arm, Natsu's arm gets very hot, then rams it into the opponent.

Hyaku Hayai Ken No Jutsu- [100 Quick Punches]
Natsu does 100 weak but rapid punches. Usually 75 of his punches hit.

Hayai Honoo No Jutsu- [Fast Flame]
Summoning a lot of his chakra, Natsu makes many fireballs and aims them at the opponent. The fireballs are small, and travel fast towards the opponent.

Honoo No Jutsu- [Fire]
Natsu makes a fireball with chakra and aims it at the opponent.

Honoo Wa No Jutsu- [Fire Ring]
Natsu makes a ring of fire with chakra around the opponent. trapping the opponent.

Honoo Bunshin No Jutsu- [Fire Clone]
Natsu makes a clone of himself fire-based and when hit, it explodes into a burst of fire. They can attack but only with a very weak Honoo No Jutsu.

Shounetsujigoku No Jutsu- [Burning Hell]
Natsu's most powerful Jutsu, he summons a lot of fire and circles the opponent, inching in towards the opponent, eventually leaving him very injured.

Personality:
Doesn't like to battle, will try to evade and get away most of the time. Most of his techniques are meant to be to distract, and prevent the opponent from figuring anything out until he either gets away or prevents them from chasing him.
His idea of a successful mission is one where no one notices there's even a mission going on. Will keep his distance and slowly wear down the target until when he engages in actual battle the odds are greatly in his favour.

Weapon of choice:
Prefers to use a relatively long double-sided Kunai for close range fighting, poisoned needles for long range- you never know what may come out from a flute, other than the air, right?

Other Jutsus:

Filter no Jutsu:
Minimal chakra usage; will become a shadow and hide in other shadows. Can move from shadow to shadow when they overlap. Mostly for hiding or running away.

Requiem no Jutsu:
Using Chakra, the bamboo flute plays without fingers touching it! A sad, depressing melody barely on the edge of hearing demoralizes the opponent subconsciously, slowly removing the will to battle. Can be easily fought off if it is observed, so it has to be used while the opponent isn't concentrating on the melody.
Extended exposure (meaning days XD) may lead to insanity or worse.

Cacophony no Jutsu:
Instead of a quiet melody, is a rough combination of sounds at high decibel levels. Chakra is mostly used to make sure it affects the victim only. The sounds clash discordantly- and the loud, jarring noise can set the opponent on edge or distract him- such that the Requiem no Jutsu can be laid under the cacophony.

Kaze no Jutsu:
Uses chakra to shift air around. This is the base for the following techniques.

Kaze no Kunai no Jutsu:
The actual double-sided Kunai in his hands isn't the real thing! What you have to watch out for is the invisible one made of air. Chakra is used to hold the rushing air together to form a sharp edge. Using Chakra, the Kunai may not even be near his hands, but elsewhere...

Kaze no Tempest no Jutsu:
Tosses the needles into the air; playing the flute, he directs the air into a swirling motion- becoming a needle storm.

Kaze no Shuriken no Jutsu:
Flings a shuriken. And, yes, this isn't the real thing, as you may expect. The actual shuriken thrown moves at a normal speed but spins faster.

Kaze Bunshin no Jutsu:
An almost invisible "clone" of air that attacks the opponent- what makes it visible is the movement of dust and other small stuff swirling around it.

Kaze Bombu no Jutsu:
Um, Wind Bomb! An explosion of wind blows things away! And while the opponent is pushed backward... Nic gets the chance to get away!

Kaze no Sniper no Jutsu:
A narrow shaft of moving air increases the speed and accuracy of the needle greatly. The shaft of air rotates to give the needle some "drilling" effect.

Kaze no lens no jutsu:
Again, affects air. But this one works by changing how light passes through air- used with a small area, it uses hardly any chakra but increasing the area affected will increase chakra usage exponentially. Thus, he uses it as a personal telescope to spy from a distance and shoot.

Wind Taijutsu counter:
A combination of moves- allowing increased sensitivity to the air around him, such that the moment the opponent attacks, he drifts away at high speeds. At least, that is what it appears to be.
While drifting, he leaves a Kaze Bunshin to grapple the opponent that tries to attack him. And possibly, it isn't him that drifts away, especially if there are shadows on the ground? And if the opponent goes for what drifts away, who knows what invisible things there can be in the air...

Quetzacoatl rendan:
Technically, not a true taijutsu attack. Uses the flow of wind to accelerate him, and plants a kick on the opponent to send the opponent backwards. Either there is an object behind the opponent, or there isn't. If there is an object, the opponent is stopped, and gets a kick upwards. If there is no object, acceleration remains constant such that the target can be caught up with and given another kick, but upwards. Either way, the opponent ends up in the air.
Then, velocity upwards increases, to allow for another attack. This normally involves a barrage of punches. The air currents are used to keep him and the opponent airborne. Following which, he flips and the opponent is given a kick downwards, which, of course, is accelerated by the wind. The user of the attack also goes downwards, but in a slightly crouching position with knees and fists lined up to hit the vital points upon landing on the target.

Kaze no Shinsen no Jutsu:
His "ultimate" Jutsu. The wind directly around his body flows fast; anything within a certain radius is carried away. This also includes anything in the vicinity, like dust, needles, stones, etc. that form a barrier around him. The wind also increases his speed of movement, allowing near flight, etc.
Cannot hold this for too long, due to massive Chakra usage.

Hanekie no Jutsu-Shining sky
The sky erupts in light and lightning reighns down.its not real lightning just illusions to distract the enemy.he then runs forward and hits the enemy with lightning from his palm.

Twistanekkie no Jutso-Twisty Light
He shoots lightning from his palms and they twist around the enemy finally striking the weak point.is collored like the ground around them so its more invisible than would be yellowish.

Kekiano no Jutsu-Monsters in peace
A giant smiley face appears on him and then he runs around reaaaallly fast and then stops.now it looks like ten smiley faces staring at the enemy inside.the smiley faces rush forward and strike the enemy from all sides,including the eleventh smiley which comes down from above them.now they are trapped for a brief time.

Kekkei Kanokeee-Spin Flame Lightning Fist
Jason's ultimate technique.red colored lightning bolts circle him and make a wavering image.he then strikes with 50 red hot punches.most of the time 25 punches hit.

oh man..took me like an hour to think up techniques.I had to go through all of my Naruto graphic novels and two of my Shonen Jumps.

Description: Licca has chin length hair that is the color of the gleaming sun. Her eyes are a vivid pastel blue and are always brimming with naivety and ecstasy. She has a slender frame and soft, fair skin. She is clad in a black sleeveless and backless bodysuit that almost reaches her knees. She wears a short orange skirt and a white baggy shirt that slides to her shoudlers, leaving it exposed, on top of her bodysuit as well as black fingerless gloves. She often has band-aids on her face, specifically her cheek, as she is awfully reckless, and bandages on her right foot.
Personality: Reckless, and ever-so happy-go-lucky, Licca is always brimming with optimism. She is rather na?ve about many things, bringing up her curiosity on almost everything. She also has a rather boyish persona and enjoys a male's company rather than girls, especially when it comes to mischief. She is hopeful, quite audacious and very determined, too.
Special Skill: Hikari/Yami no Jutsu~ a forbidden jutsu that allows Licca to either flash a blinding light at the opponent, making them sightless for a few minutes, or darken her whole surrounding so her opponent wouldn?t be able to see. [Same effects, really.]
Weapon of choice: Kunai for close range combat and Shuriken for long range.

Jutsus~

Yume no Jutsu- If she has somehow managed to catch an enemy sleeping, using chakra, she is able to alter that person's dream. She can turn it into one the person desires, or one (s)he fears. She rarely does this jutsu so she often has trouble with it.

Hikari no Ya no Jutsu- Simply like a bow and arrows, only instead of using a bow, Licca uses her bare hands to fling arrows of light, created by using her chakra, at the opponent.

Shiori [or] Kuroi no Ryu no Jutsu- Whilst using her Kunai, a white or black seal would be embedded on it. When she hits an enemy, either a white or black dragon would bind them. The black one is the stronger of the two, meaning more chakra wasted for her, as it binds the enemy and temporarily leaves them in a daze. It only lasts a few minutes or so.

Shiori Kagami no Jutsu- When using this jutsu, Licca's pastel sapphire eyes would become pallid, appearing as if she could penetrate into others' soul, and would be used as a mirror. She could either create clones of herself, twenty-nine at maximum, which are capable of attacking [kind of like Kage Bunshin no Jutsu only it has a limit and it works like a mirror; whatever the real Licca does, it follows], or mimic the jutsu her opponent is using for a few moments. She can do both at the same time, but it costs a lot of chakra. As of now, this is her strongest jutsu.

She knows the basic jutsus as well. Henge, Kawamiri, and Bunshin no Jutsu.

2 NPCS... Fine. We can start.

Natsu awoke from his small bed. On his room were posters and scrolls of many great Ninjas, a list of very strong Advanced Bloodlines, including the Hyuuga Clan and the Uchiha clan. A list of all the Kages, including the most recent addition. The 7th Hokage, Uzumaki Naruto. He trotted towards the kitchen door in his confined apartment, putting the fire up on his stove. A kettle of water started to bubble. Natsu poured the water into the pan. From a cupboard he drew a bag of ramen, dumping it into the pan, adding the seasoning and a few vegetables. He opened a can of soda and with his hand wobbling, carried his hurried meal to his table.

Natsu ate slowly, The Academy opened at 9:00, giving Natsu plenty of time to change and get ready. He finished the ramen and soda, and walked back to his room. His small holster was loaded with Kunais of all sorts, ones for throwing, ones for close combat, and such. He slipped into his everyday clothing, and walked outside, a large wooden building greeting him after 5 minutes of continuos walking,

Nic was already waiting at the academy. Although it was not open, he didn't care. It would be too early, but he was anxious to find out more about his classmates.
But now, he realised that there indeed was nothing to do. Except eat the small breakfast he prepared.
Out of boredom, he tossed some soil into the air, letting the breeze blow it away... but the breeze wasn't there before, was it? And why was the breeze spiralling into strange patterns...

At first glance at the clock hanging on the wall, Licca panicked as she hastily leaped off her bed. It was eight fifty two by now; eight more minutes and she would be tardy. She rushed to the bathroom and took a swift shower, then hurriedly dressed.

She gave a quick word of greetings to her older brothers and her father and headed outside, not bothering to eat breakfast. Without hesitating any longer, she darted southwards; where the 'Hidden Leaf Ninja Academy' was located.

Kokuangyou no Jutsu-Creates an illusion of complete darkness over the battlefield. It traps the opponent into absolute darkness, where they can see nothing but their own body. The person/people trapped inside the genjutsu cannot see the user if the user decides to attack, therefore defending one's self is extremely hard.

Bunshin no jutsu-This is a basic jutsu. It creates illusions of the caster, in other words: clones. These are basic clones that aren't real. If they are hit by something, they automatically disappear.

Illusion Harmony- A genjutsu attack in which the user makes the opponent be strapped down by many chains and makes then think they are melting and being ripped apart

Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu- The clones created by this technique are not real. They might have weapons with them and those aren't real either. When a clone is hit, it turns into a gooey substance which can either retake it's original form or just fade away. This technique is used in collaboration with people in the background. The clone will act like it throws a kunai knife, when in actuality, the user of the skill will throw a REAL kunai knife.

Mizu bunshin no jutsu- Creates clones composed of water. When hit, it automatically dissolves and returns back into shapeless water. This one is capable of attacking. The clone has 1/10 of the power of the original. It can only be controlled while still in a certain radius of the user.

Suiton Daibakufu no Jutsu- Sends a large spinning pillar of water towards the opponent. Can only be performed when near a moderately large water source, and uses a large amount of chakra. It's a devastating jutsu

Suiton Suijinheki-Creates a blast of water from the mouth, usually used to block fire type attacks

Suiton Suiryuudan no Jutsu- Creates a large dragon shape formed from a large amount of spinning water. The dragon form is sent towards your opponent for a powerful attack. This jutsu can only be performed when near a large body of water.

Suirou no Jutsu- Creates a large sphere of water, that holds the opponent inside it. The prison is difficult to escape, yet, the drawback is that the user must keep contact with the sphere to keep the prison working.

Kage Mane no Jutsu- The Kage Mane gives the user the ability to control the enemy's movement by connecting his own shadow to the target's shadow. The opponent is then forced to move exactly like the user. To get the opponent in his shadow, the user is able to change his shadows shape and extend it. This technique was originally meant to delay the enemy.

The doors of the academy opened, Natsu rushing in. He saw the usual bunch of people. A few just making it in. Natsu has tried that a few times before, but never late. He walked towards the classroom and sat at the back where he usually sits. There was a piece of paper on his table, with a list of Jutsus that they had to practice. Natsu himself already had a few jutsus of his own, fire-based ones from the Taiyoo Clan, Clan of the Sun.

It turned out that there was a good reason to be early.

Before the others had even entered, he had already gotten a copy of the assignments. By the time the class was filled, being the studious type, he had already memorized most of the jutsus for the basic practices and was waiting to impress the instructor.

I ran down the street at top speed.I had woken up early and had to get to class before the bell rang.I was almost there,just around the corner,...I could see it!I ran across the grounds to my classroom door and grabbed the handle.I could make it!There was still time!
