Was an excellent movie. But it should not have won best picture over Avatar. I honestly could care less if Avatar had a "generic" plotline, it was the best movie experience of my life >:

I thought the only thing Avatar had going for it was the visuals and it rightfully won the awards for that. I haven't seen most of the movies that were up for Best Picture but even just Up was way better than Avatar, imo. :(

I liked it a lot, but the 3D was a bit meh. I'm not usually into hard sci-fi that much either, but I made an exception for Avatar.

Avatar was one of the most amazing movie experiences of my life. The Hurt Locker almost put me to sleep.
