Why do you want to join? - Flying types are awesome!

Which is your favourite Flying type move? - I love Aerial Ace and Air Slash the best. Coolest Flying attacks.

What do you think about the absence of any pure Flying type Pokemon other than Torandus (and Arceus)? Should there be more pure Flying types? - I don't know cos if they use Roost they will be Normal-type for the turn used. Maybe that's why they didn't introduce a pure Flying type until Generation 5 when they revealed Tornadus.

Which is your favourite Flying type Pokemon owned by Ash? - Staraptor, my fave birdy!

What was your first Flying type Pokemon? - Taillow cos my first games were in Generation 3.

As you all must be knowing, there isn't any Elite 4 member specialised in Flying types. If you could create a team for an Elite 4 member specialised in Flying types, which Pokemon would you include?

I think a good team would consist of:

Swellow
Pidgeot
Staraptor
Braviary
Mandibuzz
Togakiss

Which is your favourite regional bird (or evolutionary line)?

Gah, I love them all! If I had to pick, it would be Starly, my first bird.

The Pidgey line. I just love the scruffy-like feathers on Pidgey. It looks like it would have been a fun Pokemon to cuddle. And Pidgeot is cool.

Why do you want to join: Because my in game teams would never be about to finish the game without flying types. Flying types are quite unique to the others types. They seem to have so much freedom. And even so flying types have a competition dedicated to them (PokéRinger) which is one of my favorite types of contest

PIDGEY! Well it is my partner xD Pidgey was the first pokemon that I ever caught when I started playing pokemon!

Why I want to join: If I were to do a monotype run I would use flying types. And I tend to use multiple flying types in my teams. One more note: many flying-types are fast!
Partners: I don't totally understand - you mean my team? If so, crobat, staraptor, gliscor for now. I also like Togekiss though, for its deadly Air Slash (more generally its spA).

Sorry I've been gone so long... The computer had serious problems, but is fine now. But it's a little slow right now, so I'll up-date the member's list later. (don't worry, you're all members, so you can partake in the discussion of flying pokemon.)

I say Togekiss. It can take & give hard-hitting moves.

Well I don't really competitive battle so I'd say Pidgeot. Always been a really valuable member of my in-game teams
 
Reviving this.

I agree with Togekiss being the best Normal/Flying type. It has a fairly good Sp. Attack.
 
Stats-wise togekiss is pretty good not just of it's fairly good Special Attack but it's got a fairly good Defense and Special Defense as well... to bad it's speed and attack power isn't as high up as the rest of the stats though
 
Well, it doesn't really need Attack power if it has it's Special Attack Power. Out of the move it learns, it's S. Attack moves are better than his Attack moves for the most part anyways. Least that's the feeling I got when I used Togekiss myself. I will agree on it's Speed though. Still, it's a wonderful Pokemon to use. I have one on my Platinum named Mithos and I love him. <3
