If you could have any one Flying type Pokemon forever, which one would it be and why?

Mine would be Tropius because there's Airline Food... XD And can protect me from sunlight..

Reason: I'm new, but in the Black and White games I am featuring 2 flying pokemon which is actually rather uncommon for me. So I was hoping I could gain some Knowledge concerning the best builds for my team.
Partners: Braviary, Archeops, and because you say so Raichu (my Favorite) :D

I've never used it, but I think I'll say Hurricane anyways.

I'd like to see more... A LOT MORE!!!
All the other types have plenty of pokemon that are purely of that type, I'd like to see Flying have plenty of it's own pure pokemon.
Especially if one of them is a Eeveevolution!

Which is your favourite Flying type move?
Air Slash.. because it sounds so cruel. >D Jokes aside, I like that move because of it's flinch rate, which when coupled with Togekiss' Serene Grace is a disaster for anybody.

Well, I myself never knew of this until I read a little piece of trivia somewhere. Since it didn't bother me for 4 generations, it would still be the least of my concerns. :p

Hoenn intoduced us with Salamence & Rayquaza, Sinnoh gaves us Togekiss...
& Onuva (this is the name of the newest region, right?) gave us the genies...

Tied between Hurricane and Fly, both are amazing moves.

What do you think about the absence of any pure Flying type Pokemon other than Torandus (and Arceus)? Should there be more pure Flying types?

Not really needed, in fact, being Normal/Flying benefits some Pokemon, as they can also get a STAB with Tackle for example. I'm guessing the absence of most pure Flying types are because of birds being considered "normal" (in the bird flyers anyways).

Which is your favourite Flying type Pokemon owned by Ash?

Tied between his Tranquill/Pidove, Staraptor, and Pidgeot, I also feel sorry for them as he only uses them mostly for lookout, his birds are barely used.

What was your first Flying type Pokemon?

My precious little Starly, who is now a Staraptor.

Eh, I mean, yes, they can learn fly, but that doesn't make them ANY MORE Flying, they're Electric, plus flying is weak to electric.

It was a bit odd to see them on the list and at first I thought it was a joke. I later found out that it could learn Fly via some 'special' method. XD

And no, I've never had a flying Pikachu.

To tell the truth, I had a Surfing Pikachu, but never a Flying one...
