Kanna had Hakudoshi with her and wanted to kill him... If I'm not mistaken.

^CKG ish right =3 Kikyo was going to kill the akago Hakudoushi that Kanna had.But Kanna made a swift escape,becuase Moryoumaru distracted Kikyo.
