The Kindaichi Files

    The Kindaichi Files is a series of murder-mysteries. In my humble oppinion, I think it's a wonderful series, despite its age.

    I love the 1st opening theme...

    So I was wondering if anyone else has seen it and what they think of it.
     
    REason why I couldn't find it is since the name is abit different. It is "The Case Files of Young Kindaichi", not "Kindaichi Files" ;)

    Actually, I got the title from the manga, which is called "The Kindaichi Files."
    I just prefer the manga name over the anime name because I'm lazy.

    Yeah, this series is actually pretty comical, but it can get ppretty serious.
     
    I (litterally) just finished reading The Mummy's Curse manga, and it was really good! I don't plan on watching the anime for reasons unknown (I guess I just want to finish all the others that I'm watching) but I'm sure as anything gonna read more of the manga!

    I'm gonna make my mom read it, too. She loves a good mystery ;)

    Yeah, but you might wann be careful about that one "face slap" scene in there... (If ya know which one I mean...)
    She might not be too happy bout that one.
     
    Personally, I like the live action version of this anime. I like the Files of Young Kindaichi season 3, starring Jun Matsumoto as Hajime Kindaichi. He did a very good job portraying Kindaichi, despite that it was his first role. The opening song for that J-dorama was really good as well; it was Jidai by Arashi - one of my personal favorites.

    Well I made my mom read it, and she didn't seem to notice. Actually, my mother and I have read a lot of them now, and never mentioned anything about the..."bad" scenes.

    They're all really good...so far my favorite is the Mummy's Curse one and Smoke and Mirrors...Death TV was good too but that annoying other detective (forgot his name xP)...I wanted to punch him! >.<*
