I'd keep it as eevee - clone it and then expand your collection ;)

that'd take awhile... are you interested in anything in particular? Anyway - all I know how to do is list stats and allow you to make your best judgement (which I promise is better than mine!)

Well, my buddy - I'll be perfectly honest - they REALLY suck! It's pretty, but.... I do have shiny swablu if you'd like to ev train one yourself!
