It's the second Pokemon season where a new friend, Tracey joins Ash and Misty on their journey through the Orange League. They found a Lapras and was befriended by Ash. And it can be used as a transport Pokemon for Ash and the others to ride with. I know that it's off-topic.

I probably would approach very cautiouslu, making sure not to spook it and try to gain its trust, but its out too far in the water. I would only just look at it, because stealing a boat to go out to it isn't my style.
