Don't think so, but you could probably transfer it via PokePark...
That would be the best way, although you'd lose it from your GBA game
 
I should get around to checking the movesets for the Lati's in D/P sometime, just for curiuosity's sake.
 
Both latis can learn those move :
Zen Headbutt (psy/80/90/15) and dragon pulse (drg/90/100/10) would be a nice stab moves, but dragon pulse calculated by atk instead of sp.atk

Will you use Lati@s on Wifi?
For me I probaltly wont for my own reasons, but I will use them in my team for non wifi play.

Also hope to trade my Lati@s with everyone else. Please note they will be cloned.

T.T sry, but ure wrong again! ^_^; Dragon Pulse, in D/P is a special attack, therefore calculated by SP.ATK ... however, in D/P, Dragon Claw now becomes a physical attack--determined by ATK--so this will make it pretty useless when used by the Lati's!

btw Madii, sure ud lose the Lati from ur GBA game when you transferred it, but would u still play it after D/P came out? As for me... once I transferred my Latis over, Id restart my Sapphire so I can find a Latias of the perfect nature x3 (which is 'Timid' btw)

OT-again: ¬_¬ Ill actually spend a lot of time transferring useless Pokémon over to my D/P because Ill attach my many items to them so I can use em in D/P (being my PP Max's, Rare Candies-if I still have any-, Battle Tower rewards, and so on!)

As for the topic, I probably will use my Lati(s) on Wi-Fi because they're pretty much a signature of my fighting style! (Safeguard every 5 turns, beat 'em down, recover when necessary! xD)

EDIT: o.0 I always find myself saying quite a mouthful! Is it ever annoying having to read all this? =3

What would you nickname your Latios and Latias. (Stupid, I know. XD)

I'd name my Latias Serenity, and my Latios Myst. 83
 
Maybe my Latias some female bouncy name, like Bubbles or Spring...
Or some female name starting with L

And, Latios, uh, Lutenete or however you spell it xD
Or some male name starting with L

Well I have some news, I think its good news ... Ill leave that up to you! Remember the mural idea we had that sort of died? Well, lets just say that it didnt die! Ive finally drawn Latios and now all that remains is the fun task of coloring them! It may just be another week or so!

I can't colour for doodle, so I'm gunna get my new Graphics Tablet and draw a new one and a colour it in with that
