By some twist of on one overcast day, after a big storm yesterday. You go out for a walk/drive only to find both the Lati's crumpled on the ground, injured badly. Knowing that you must help them, how would you help them and would you try to do other things while helping (such as finding out what happened to them, or find out more about them)?

Well... I'd haul them up into my room, let them take over my bed, let them rest to heal (since we have no potions and pokemon centers), then develope enough of a bond of trust so they will speak to me telepathically (or just ask them to write it down for me.) Then I'd make good friends with them and we would have a jolly good time. (like various shinanigans in North Korea)

Knowing that you must help them, how would you help them and would you try to do other things while helping (such as finding out what happened to them, or find out more about them)?

I'd ask how this happened, and I'd also get some gaws, bandades, Full Restores XDetc. After they heal, I'd probably try to help them grasp what happened to them, and to learn of and from them.

Fufu. I have experience. I'm currently raising a fledgling pigeon that was attacked by crows.

Of course, I'd make a bedish thing in my play room and slowly make it to full health. After that, it would take me to the Pokemanz world, and I would go WHEEE. Then fly past Kai's House and go "ZOMG I HAVE A LATIAS NOWEZ" and watch him cry. D:

Then I'd go see Sarah and we'd fly with heeerrr. xD

I will help the Latis with their wounds, I will put some bandages on them. Then I will find out more about them. And who attacked them.
