I ignored his comment, and told him the basics of the legendary hero, and our adventure so far. "And it appears," I finished, my grip on the stick tightening as I resisted the urge to hit him with it "That you're one of the people who's going to be joining our little charade to get the artifacts of the hero."

I swam into the tunnel before me, and almost instantly I felt a sudden shift in teh temperature, the water having a subtely different flavor and texture. I saw light at the other end, and I came out into this massive lake bed. I had no idea where I had ended up, but I had a feeling it was far, far away from home.

I tightened my grip, unnable to control myself any more, and popped the insolent imp on the head. "You'll come with us, because you don't really have a choice. Fate brought you this far, and it won't be giving up that easily. It blocked a river just to stop our zora friend form getting away, and I don't think you're any less important." I said, completely forgetting about what the stick had done to me in my anger.

As I surfaced, I noticed some strangers nearby, fighitng about something or other apparently. The taller guy seemed bult a lot like me, and his dark skin seemed somwhat familiar, like I had seen a person of his kind before. Mother once told me what my father looked like... Maybe this guy was of the same race. Curious, and afraid I was lost, I arched my spine and cruised through the water towards shore, hoping whoever these people are, they could tell me where I am.

I saw a zora above me, moving too the others. To attack or to just see who they were, I didn't know. I headed for the surface, knowing he'd probably be able to sence me and we could have an underwater chat instead. if not, I'd have to get his attention. Shouldn't be hard...

I felt a tremor in the water and looked to see a female Zora neraby. now I was really confused. Either she found the tunnel like I did, or she was away from the DOmain in the first place. I wondered to myself who woudl ever want to stay away from teh domain, but I waved a greeting to her anyway. It seemed like she wanted to talk.

I could tell he had seen me, and I motioned with one fin for him to come underwater. It would be easiest and both of us would be at considerable ease, which would be an advantage. Though it was only a matter of time before he noticed my off coloration and attacked me...

I consented and dove back underwater. I approached her cautiously, wondering why she called for me. As I drew closer, something seemed different about her, though I couldn't quite tell since we were still a considerable distance apart.

(what sort of different coloration? :\)

"I would if I could," I said honestly, twirling the staff expirimentally. "But you see, I don't have the slightest idea how." I said, bonking the imp soundly on the head again. Not really enough to cause any damage, mainly just to annoy him.

I noticed that the male zora was a bit diffrent from a normal one. He seemed a bit bulkier then the ones I had seen so long ago. I didn't know why, but I just wanted to keep this guy out of Psycho's hair for a bit. Her very long hair. I said to myself with a laugh.

As I approached, I noticed she was a bit darker than other Zora females I had seen in the Domain. A rather odd complexion, though I guess I had no room to talk. I wasn't exactly a normal looking Zora either. Zora's normally weren't built for muscle. "Hello." I greeted her in our own language. " My name is Ansem. Pleased to meet you." I said politely.

I nodded slightly, then said "I am Tiamat. Something is.. diffrent, about you, though I cannot immediatly detect what caused the diffrence. If you would be as kind as to tell me..." I was away from Psycho, and if he asked me what I was doing here in the lake, I had someone to blame...

I was silent for a moment, and i finally said "I... don't honestly know. When i was younger I remember hearing my parents say something about a mistake, and maybe it reversing with age, but then the next year, when my color didn't change, the general Zora population forced me out saying something about poision. that was about 10 years ago." I said, not sure why I was babbling. Since then, I had never heard a voice. Not even my own, short of choked sobs.

I cocked my head to the side curiously. "That seems like a rather trivial reason to put someone out." I said solemnly. "I guess the elders have changed since then, otherwise they would have never let me stay. Perhaps you can come back." I suggested.

I shook my head, saying "no. in the 10 years after becoming alone, I managed to swim up that river, and hid inside a gigantic tree that had a large pool of water inside it. I managed to live peacefully there, and got used to, and actually loved, being alone. Then, the place collapsed but a few hours ago, and then when I rescued a girl that had fallen into the water, some dark-skinned psycho freak hauls me along with him, spouting gibberish about some sort of writing that states I have to go with him. So now I'm back here all over again."

"Bingo. I call him Psycho. doesn't matter to me what his real name is, but if you must know, his name's rauru. Unfortunatly, an incident with a cursed stick turned him into a girl, and I think he deserved it." I said, trailing off into muttering about him being an advantegous jerk...
