I was waiting by the coast, having left the imp to his own devices. More importantly, I was male again, having seen the effects the second attack had upon the imp. I was lying down right next to the water, the stick in one hand, and a plucked reed in the other. The one I had in my ear, which reached down into the water was native to the area, and hollow. It could be used for breathing below water, almost like a snorkel, or more importantly, for hearing things in the water. Granted, it was a good distance away, but I could still make out the majority of what they were saying.

"sure. Hope he hasn't managed to get back to normal." I said, letting myself drift towards the surface. However, right before breaking the surace, I saw him, and was pretty frustrated. "Aww man, Psycho DID get back to normal.. ah well..."

"Geez, she must really hate me. Doesn't she realize this isn't my fault?" I thought, plucking the reed from my ear and tossing it aside as I caught motion out of the corner of my eye. A difference in water color, which was probably Tiamat right below the surface...

I followed her up to the surface, gently tredding water. I may not look as graceful as other Zora, but the fact was I am, so I kept up with her pretty evenly. I didn't want to make the first move towards shore, however, as it woudl be impolite of me and my mom emphasized politeness above everything else.

I broke the surface already moving towards shore, thinking about how much about my history i had revealed, and how bad it would be if anyone else found out. Finally, I was on dry land, and I shook the water off me, waiting for Ansem.

"Greetings, and good travels to you." I said, a customary greeting as i stood up, speaking in the native zora tongue. Granted, my accent was almost as far from native as it could be, yet I still spoke the language well enough to be easily understood. Zora was one of the three required languages all Weapons were taught as a part of their survival training.

"I'll be right back, stay here." I said, moving back into the water, making it look like I had an item that I had dropped while in the water. in reality, I had noticed that he was still close enough to the coast for me to get behind him. I had a feeling he had heard more then he was supposed to...

I had shifted so that I was in the river behind him. he wasn't exactly close, but I could be stealthy, as I slowly brought myself out of the water, waiting for him to straighten up again as I prepared my fins/blades to draw blood. preferrably, a lot of blood.

"So glad you're conserned." I said sarcasticly, using one arm to restrain his, and my other arm to hold my bladed fin at his neck. "However, you were listening in to Ansem and I's conversation. I beleive that this deserves a small price to pay." I said, pressing the blade aginst his neck.

"Look, I'm sorry, I was only using that reed because I couldn't go into the water." I said in a tone that trembled only slightly from the blade against my neck. "And the distance garbled what you were saying. I didn't hear anything that I did not already believe." I said, remembering what I had been able to make out from the discussion. I gulped slightly, and noticed that a small trickle of blood was running down the fin she had pressed into my throat.

It took a moment. A few, very long moments before I finally released him. "Do it again, i swear I will kill you." I said, backing off, getting ready to get into the water and leave. Hopefully for good this time. I wanted away from him, or I wanted him dead.

It was right then when I heard a strange sound. It sounded like a snake hissing, or a cat. But it sounded many, many times too loud. It was then that i noticed the yellow, reptillian eyes on a large log near the shallows...

I noticed it as well, but me being away from any life forms for the last 10 years, didn't recognise it. But yellow hardly ever ment good. I said nothing though, preparing my blood-stained fins for a fight I senced coming...

I unsheathed my sword, holding it in one hand, the deku staff in the other. The creature- for once I had no idea what it was, despite my survival training- was silent, the almost non-existant current allowing it to hang in the water, not moving an inch, though I could feel it's eyes on us, waiting...

I started to move towards the river, knowing that with him destracted again, I'd have a chance to get out of here. Possibly my only chance. i had to be extremly carefull at this point. If he noticed, my efforts were ruined. I doubted whatever was in the water would move to the river though...
