This is an RP I thought of while watching Air, and its slightly based on part of it as well. ^^ Enjoy!

    Plot:

Many centuries ago, Winged beings roamed the earth. They held wonderful powers within them, but were told to never release them, for it would kill many. They were told to keep their wings concealed, for many were desperate to destroy any remaining winged beings. Some were careless, and flew about as they wished, those careless would surely be destroyed or worse, cursed. Those whom are cursed with the spell of a monk would forever be tortured by traumatizing dreams of the thing they most feared, even after death, and would never rest in peace.

Some villages protected the winged beings, yet, those who protect them, end up killing it or getting destroyed. Winged beings are known to be ?bad luck?, and they cause many villages to be destroyed, and many people as well. Therefore, those who protect them, end up destroying them. Those who befriend them, end up being destroyed as well. Only when a Winged being takes flight, will they be cursed.

Eventually the Winged beings became to much of a problem, and people from all across the world set out to destroy each and every one of them. Time passed, and only few remained. It was time they gather and escape to the heavens. With some human assistance, would they make it?

    About Winged beings [[Must read!]]:

No, Winged beings are not angels, although they are close to it. They are beings sent from the heavens. They would lead their life on earth, and complete tasks before the could return to heaven and become a real angel?unless they aren?t destroyed before they get the chance. Winged beings are usually female, and its very, very rare to find a male one. The only features that separate them from the humans is their wings and their powers. Take note that their wings are never visible! In human form, they look, well?.human. O.o; Their powers are all the same. They are controlled by their will. They release a powerful wind that circles the enemy. Its so strong it turns them to mere ashes. Although, the ones in which the Winged being wishes to protect, are spared. Because of this power, these beings were forced into wars, only to find that the powers to render useless. The power could only be used by the will of the creature, and the Winged beings were prone to never kill, unless in danger.

I may or may not be able to post twice a day, since I've been kind of busy, but...

    Name: Skye
    Age: (can't be 13? aww..) 16
    Gender: Female
    Species: Winged being
Description: Has light blue eyes and short platinum-blonde hair, wears a white top and a long light blue skirt, has no shoes. When she's not in human form, she has long bright white wings with pale blue tips. She is very tall and slender.
Personality: Very shy, but smart, and makes a great friend once you get to know her.
    Weapons: Sword :P
    Other:

(I don't know if this RP is Japan orinated, but meh. =x)

    Name:
    Rika Fuyukawa
    Age: 18
    Gender: Female
    Species: Human
    Description:

Rika is tall, with a fairly tan complexion, her fragile build slightly covered up by grayish-black robes. (Keep in mind, they look more like Roman togas.) Around her robe is a belt decorated with seemly precious jewels, where she keeps her weapons [see weapons]. She has long, straight black hair which flows down her back, the tips barley grazing the ground. It very much resembles a dark river. Her hair is usually pulled back with a plain white ribbon, adding beauty to her features. Her luminous eyes are bluish gray, which often changes occurring to her mood. [Stormish-gray when angry; Blue when in bliss.] She wears plain leather sandles, which peeks underneath the folds of her robes. She's known to be beautiful, but the kind of beauty that almost makes her seem unworldly...
    Personality:
    She is all extremes. Rika's temper is fierce, 'specially to those who come near her just for her beauty. She is known to pick a fight with anyone. Celeste is also not afraid to speak out her mind about her personal beliefs and/or suggestions, and thus often triggering fights all around her; no matter what, she will not back down, accepting the fact that she's wrong. One may think her as arrogant of her beauty, but to tell the truth, there is nothing more that she wishes than to exchange it for something else. Whoever befriends her has a friend FOR LIFE. =3;
Weapons: She is really skilled in the art of the samurai, her skill with wielding the katana, melding with shadows, et cetera. She also knows to wield all weapons, just not as skillfully.
    Other: None? xD;

    Name: Malaos
    Age: 26
    Gender: Male
    Species: Human

Description: A definite man's man, fully grown, with dirty blonde hair shaggily flopping over the tips of his ears. His face is friendly with pleasant brown eyes, and an equally friendly smile, almost as if he's laughing inside or something. His face has the whiskers of a travelling that doesn't mind not shaving everyday. Clad in protective, but meager scalemale armor. Under his scalemail shirt and quadgards(forgot what they're really called), he adorns himself in simple travelling brown travelling clothes. A thick black shirt, ripped a bit on his right side, and some plain brown breaches. His feet sit comfortably in a pair of common black travelling boots.
Personality: Malaos is as friendly as he appears, until he spots a winged being. Convinced since birth that all of the winged beings must be destroyed, he gets extremely serious and focuses only on killing his enemy. Still, Malaos has had a past of inability to complete the elimination of winged beings, thus rendering him known as something other than a winged being hunter throughout the land. Always honest and helping villages that he passes for a modest fee of shelter and food for a night or so. He's be lone for most of his travels, but has made a few village-dwelling friends along his travels.
Weapons: A plain old sword that he's less than fond of, and a longbow and quiver hanging from his back.

Thanks for joining, guys. ^o^ Hopefully if we get a few more people we can begin. =]

    ~Karli

He is about 5' 9". He appears to be about a 19 year old human. When his wings are outstretched he has deep black wings, covered in gray to black feathers that wiill never be removed.
Personality: He is extremely caring, and loving, but he doesn't show in unless under conditions of grave peril. He could hide who he treuly is through death, and through death again. The person who shows through, never speaks, doesn't care about anyone or anything, but himself. He is dark and what some could call evil. ALthough he doesn't do villianous deeds, he doesn't particularly do anything good for anyone either.
    Weapons: Long Sword.

Eh, hewwo! ^____^ Unlike before, I shall promise to be active. If this challenge fails me, I'll try my very best to finish in early morning. Of course, I can't finish today since I have homework assignments. Phew, this form took me half my freetime. @_@

    Name ~ Sorelle Syndellia
Age ~ Seventeen years of age.
    Gender ~ Female gender.
    Species ~ Human species! ^^;
    Description ~
Sorelle, a runty figure of petite physique, is beautifully adorned with a bright beige complexion with faded tints of darker skin tones. Her mauve optics of tranquility emphasized by ebony eyeshadow materializes an innocent emotion never seeming to fade from whim. Swaying with the blustery wind is lavender hair abundant with thin ebony streaks. The tresses wrap in sophisticated swirls into a single, braided ponytail endorsed with ample capacities of hairpins, aromatic lilies, leaves, and a plum headband. A lengthy, floral dress drags across the floor with a midnight-indigo radiance, with barefooted feet in silky bliss. Her perky nature familiarizes with her amethyst garb to a magnificent extent!
    Personality ~
Divergent of opinion from numerous scores of other humans, Sorelle desires peace and harmony for the innocent, winged beings. Her goodhearted, religious soul eternally allocates love and care for insignificant matters of society. Her saccharine demeanor and assistance frequently is less appreciated for the spiteful humans than gratitude from life?s insignificance and divinely, winged beings of the heavens. Her heart ceaselessly lingers for the scarce devoted yet seals stringently for the copious quantity of the egocentric and insensible. Once in a blue moon, her rage for the egotistical intermingles with stoic, hushed means that not in the slightest soothes in serenity. The antithesis for this concern is the perpetual jollity of her mind and soul and the pure cheerfulness echoing from her tremendously sentimental heart.
Weapons ~ Sorelle seldom equips weapons to her garments. Her only range of weaponry is her treasured spell-book crammed with short poems, capable of emitting spells of natural elements specifically of the forest and jungle terrain; earthly nature.
Other ~ Sorelle originated from the Syndellian Kingdom, a rich empire of domination and reign. As soon as she cultured the secrets of the cryptic winged beasts? deaths, a wishing for an abandoning erupted from her emotional core. The royal family and luxurious lifestyle vanished from the past as Sorelle adored a relationship with nature in the Yuhtunga Forest. Sorelle cherished yet another relationship with a geranium of conversable, loquacious murmurs, a rare species of sapling. She educated from her religious spell-book of Animocaloptisicism, a religion worshipping the winged beings as humans? forgivable seekers and prophets of God.

OOOOO... Can we start now??? Please!!!!

By the way sometimes I may be unable to post twice a day, but I will post once a day.

[[OCC~ Yesh, we may start now. ^o^ Reminder to everyone that anyone may join at any time. ^_~ And that for telling me that JJDR. =3]]

[[IC~]] Itoko sat on a rock, looking around her and listening to the gentle call of a bird. She was in the middle of the forest, hiding from the villagers. Her ankle length hair blew along with the breeze, and Itoko lifted her hand to stroke the feather in her hair. She often touched it when she was frightened, and it seemed to make all her pain go away. She was almost certain the villagers wouldnt find her here, for even they were too afraid to enter the depths of the forest.

Itoko looked up, and only caught a small glimpse of the blue sky. Rays of sunlight poured through the tree tops, making Itoko relax. The scenary always made her feel this way...capable, ralaxed, and simply confident.

    { OOC ~ I'll change my font if you wish, Kiwi, so there'll be no confusion. ^____^ }

IC ~ Sorelle rummaged around the verdant villages with her dear companion perched on her shoulders and her spell-book tightly in hands. She inquired questions to sauntering villagers for which she must purchase a map indicating the road out of the village and onto new regions as a noble asked of an errand. With luminous sunlight absorbing the sight of her eye vision, she interrogated a shopkeeper with traveling supplies.

"Ee-excuse me, mister. Do you happen to have a free map out of the village? I-I?m very befuddled," stutters Sorelle with an abashed appearance.

Sorelle, a not so social character, accepted his refusal and decided to depart without a clear manual. The forest seemed as if it were the only path. What a courageous person would it take to scamper through this venturous puzzle. Sorelle had no other preference as troublesome misfortunes would occur as an effect. She ambled towards the forest path with fear in her amethyst eyes.

Malaos stared downward at the map as he steadily progressed into a forest of sorts, rubbing his chin thoughtfully. He should probably shave soon, but why? It would be a few days before he reached the next village, through these woods, at his current pace. Why groom himself if no one would see him?

He tapped on the map, but then, unfortuantely due to his lack of attention at his surroundings.

"Ugh..." he pulled himself back up from the pine needle covered ground, rubbing his head now, rather than his chin. With a deep sigh, he tucked the map away in a pocket and decided to pay attention to the woods now, rather than a piece of paper.

A sudden noise, perhaps the cracking of a twig or pine needle or something like that, cause the traveller's body to jerk stiff. He prayed it wasn't a pack of wolves or something he'd have to fight... He was only travelling to fight one species. Winged beings... the evil of the world. Leaning against the bark of tree quite similarly colored to the shades of brown in his eyes, Malaos glanced around, listening intently, trying to be as silent as possible.

Itoko looked around as the birds suddenly stopped singing. It was too quiet, and it made her feel insecure. Itoko decided to hum to herself, hoping that it would lighten things up. First her voice started off soft, but then it gradually grew louder. She heard a tweet of a bird, and Itoko was ever so glad it did. But there was someone else in this forest. But who~? Travellers of course. But that worried her. Would they be after her as well?

I walked from my small isolated home located on the outskirts of Kinuwu Village. Not even the villagers knew that my home was there. I knew that was for the best, that bunch of bloodthirstys would drive me out of my own home. I'd ventured into the village a few times without anything but a passing glance, no one knew I was anything but human.

Of course they don't think I"m anything but human, I thought silently to myself. I look human... Of course I looked human, well in my normal form anyway. My Strang black wings longed for flight again, I longed to be up with the ravens, to fly with the vultures, but I knew that if my feathered wings were revelaed I would be slaughtered. But Life goes on as they say, someday people will realize that we aren't the monstrers they make us out to be. Or at least they better or I might have to kill every last one of them.

Itoko sighed. How long would it be until the villagers came looking for her~? At the moment Itoko was actually considering going back to die. She didnt want to live in such a world where they killed the innocent. But what good would that do~? If she was slayed, she couldnt go to the heavens.

Itoko looked down at her bare feet which were scratched severely from the forest floor. As she had been running away her torn sandals had fallen off, and she hadnt even considered going back to get them. Just thinking of the raging villagers caused a shiver to sneak its way up her spine. Once again Itoko sighed, and allowed a tear to fall down her cheeck and onto the dirt coloured forest floor.

Rika was practicing with her katana in the forest. The calming scenery helped clear her mind, like a real samurai should.

She struck out at a nearby tree, shocking the birds into flight. "Ichi." she murmered, not noticing the chirps.

"Nii." she whirled around and slashed vertically, embedding her katana in the tree.

"San." she pulled the sword out and slashed horizantally; successfully knocking the tree to the forest floors, and causing a large noise of discomfort.

[OOC: I don't know what to do. xD;; ]

Who was this girl, slashing through the tress as if they'd done something wrong to her? The traveller clenched his fists together angrily, fighting to control his rising temper. He glared at her from behind a tree as long as he could, before calling out angrily, "HEY!!"

He emerged from his hiding place, red in the face, quite obviously angered, "What do you think you're doing?!"

A loud sound disturbed Itoko's thoughts. She winced at the sound of a tree falling down to the ground. She closed her eyes and tried to pretend that she was in a world of freedom and happiness, but at this rate, it just wasnt possible. There was definately someone else in this forest, and they didnt sound friendly.

    "HEY!!"

A guy emerged from his hiding place, red in the face, quite obviously angered, "What do you think you're doing?!"

"Practicing." Rika replied bluntly, pointing at her katana. "Or would you prefer if I practiced against you?" she asked, her eyes turning stormish-grey...

She adjusted herself in the fighting stance. "You're not faring well either." she commented softly, her long black hair blowing in the wind.

Malaos' eyebrows, having been narrowed in anger before, turned themselves crooked to a more confused look, although the impatient anger remained in his eyes. One fist clenched, one snatching his blade from its sheathe, he demanded angrily, "What is that supposed to mean?!"
